The ABA is a national organization open to all law students. Becoming an ABA member entitles law students to many benefits, including The Student Lawyer, The ABA Journal, and discounts on bar review courses.

Interested students may also designate membership in a specific division of the ABA, such as Tax, Business, Litigation, or Employment Law. This entitles students to receive specificjournals about these areas.

Every year, Campbell's ABA chapter sponsors a variety of activities including:

  • Annual Work-A-Day project
  • Client Counseling Competition
  • Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.

Representatives from Campbell's ABA chapter attend the national and regional ABA conventions. These conventions provide students with valuable networking opportunities, and give the ABA representatives the chance to learn about current events in the legal profession, which they disseminate to the Campbell Law School student body. Campbell's ABA chapter is extremely active, and Campbell students have served as national chairmen, as well as district and at-large officers.
