Professor Lee began his legal career as a clerk for Judge Herbert J. Hutton, Jr., of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He then worked for Braun Moriya Hoashi & Kubota in Tokyo, Japan, where he drafted joint venture agreements, licensing agreements, and other commercial contracts. He previously held teaching positions at New York Law School, the University of Chicago, and DePaul University. Professor Lee, who teaches Contracts and Business Organizations, earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts with honors from Colgate University, a Master of Arts from the Divinity School of the University of Chicago, and a Juris Doctor with honors from New York Law School. He is completing his doctoral dissertation and anticipates receiving a Doctorate in Ethics at the Divinity School of The University of Chicago in 2008. Professor Lee's has recently given presentations on law, ethics, and politics at the American Political Science Association, Notre Dame University and the University of St. Thomas.
