Submitting an Article

The Board of Editors welcomes the submission of manuscripts that are in accord with the purpose of the Law Review. Citations should conform to THE BLUEBOOK, A UNIFORM SYSTEM OF CITATION (19th ed. 2010). Manuscripts should be in Microsoft Word format, and preferably include the author's curriculum vitae as well as an article abstract. Manuscripts will not be returned unless sufficient return postage is included with the submission. The Law Review does not currently accept Comment or Note submissions from students at other law schools. The preferred method of submission is via electronic means, which can be done using the form below.

In an effort to better serve our prospective authors, the Law Review offers an expedited review process to interested authors wherein a decision on publication will be made and communicated to the author within 48 hours of receipt of a submission. Authors electing to participate in the expedited review process should clearly indicate this on the submission form below, in the subject line of their email, or on the front of the envelope containing the submission by including the following words: "EXPEDITED REVIEW REQUESTED." Such authors are highly encouraged to include a phone number and email address where they can be readily reached. Expedited review does not bind the author to publishing with the Campbell Law Review in the event the submitted article is accepted for publication; however, authors whose works are accepted under this process are asked to notify the Law Review of their decision to accept the offer of publication in a timely manner.

Also be sure to submit your manuscript in MS Word format, and include it as an attachment with your email.
