Norma Barnes-Euresti earned her J.D. from Campbell Law School in 1992. She is also a graduate of Belmont Abbey College near Charlotte, NC.

Ms. Barnes-Euresti has been Vice-President, Chief Counsel, Employment and Labor at the Kellogg Company since September 2007. She manages all Kellogg business units in the areas of labor, employment and trademarks.

Ms. Barnes-Euresti joined the Keebler Company in November 1999 and became an employee of Kellogg Company as part of the 2001 acquisition.

Ms. Barnes-Euresti formerly served as an administrative law judge for the Illinois Human Rights Commission. She also served as an attorney for the Legal Assistance Foundation of Chicago. She is a member of the American Bar Association, National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms, and HOLA. She is also the executive sponsor for K-Pride & Allies.
