Tanya D. Hervey


Ms. Hervey focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning and estate administration. She also has extensive experience in helping business owners buy and sell their businesses.

While in college Ms. Hervey interned for the Honorable Willis P. Whichard of the North Carolina Supreme Court.  After law school she practiced with the Raleigh firm of Manning, Fulton & Skinner, P.A.  In 2005, Tanya formed Hervey & Hervey, P.A. with her husband, Ben.

Ms. Hervey is an adjunct professor at Campbell University Law School, teaching the Estate Planning Seminar class. She has been recognized by Business North Carolina magazine as one of North Carolina’s Legal Elite in the area of Tax/Estate Planning (2006 , 2010 and 2013), and she was recognized by Triangle Business Journal as a “40 Under 40” award winner (2002).
