About Bollinger: Bollinger is a North Carolina native and has practiced in Charlotte since 1988. He is a cum laude graduate of the Campbell University School of Law, where he was a published editor of the Law Review and received several academic honors. Since 1991, he has practiced primarily in the area of Workers’ Compensation Law, representing only injured workers and has been a Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law since 2000. Bollinger has served as an author and as a speaker at numerous continuing legal education presentations on Workers’ Compensation Law. His litigation experience includes more than a dozen appellate cases, as well as more than 75 workers’ compensation cases in the past decade that have resulted in final Opinions and Awards from the North Carolina Industrial Commission.
