What is the Women in Law Organization?
Women in Law has been a vital organization since Campbell Law’s inception. Our organization has consistently focused on serving the needs of our members, our fellow students and alumni, as well as the greater community.
Learn more about Women in LawWhat is the Women in Law Scholarship Silent Auction?
Women in Law holds its Scholarship Silent Auction each year in conjunction with the Campbell Law Awards Banquet. This event is a tradition, which has grown more successful each year. The purpose of the silent auction is to fund scholarships for students who have furthered the ideals of Women in Law. In the past, the scholarships have been awarded to students who have founded new organizations at Campbell Law, taken on charitable projects to serve the community, and organized special events, such as speaker forums.
At a private university such as Campbell, scholarship money is always needed. With the help of our friends, family, alumni, and community, we have been able to award scholarships to many outstanding individuals. In past years, Women in Law raised more than $2,500, which we contributed to the endowed Beverly Wheeler Massey Scholarship fund and awarded to deserving members.
