J. Cary Tharrington IV serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Speedway Motorsports. Tharrington has been the company’s Chief of Legal Office since April of 2016.
Tharrington joined Speedway Motorsports as General Counsel in January of 2006. He graduated with a BS in Criminal Justice and Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and received his J.D. from Campbell University in 1992.
