Hispanic Law Student Association

The Hispanic Law Student Association at Campbell Law (HLSA) was created to raise awareness of legal issues impacting the Hispanic population. HLSA sponsors several educational and service-oriented projects each year, including, but not limited to, monthly Charlas gatherings (an opportunity to learn and practice Spanish speaking skills), a Salsa night to raise money for the Capital Area Teen Court, the Thanksgiving service project with the Raleigh Rescue mission, and a joint Women’s Career panel with Women in Law and the Black Law Student Association.

The Hispanic Law Student Association was awarded National Hispanic Law Student Association for 2010.
